固体废物 solid waste
生态环境部、商务部、发展改革委、海关总署发布《关于全面禁止入口固体废物有关事变的公告》（以下简称《公告》）。
China will ban all imports of solid waste from Jan 1, 2021, authorities have said.The dumping, stacking and disposal of waste products from overseas on Chinese territory will also be banned, according to the notice.《公告》明确，从2021年1月1日起，我国将全面禁止入口固体废物，禁止我国境外的固体废物进境倾倒、堆放、处置。

入口固体废物（imported solid waste），有时也被称为洋垃圾（foreign garbage），有时又特指以走私、夹带等办法入口国家禁止入口的固体废物（banned solid waste smuggled into China）或未经容许擅自入口属于限定入口的固体废物。
上世纪80年代，我国开始入口固体废物作为一种原材料的来源（import solid waste as a source of raw materials）。多年来，只管海内的垃圾处理能力较弱（a weak capacity in garbage disposal），我国一贯是环球最大的固体废物入口国。近年来，部分企业为获利，造孽将洋垃圾（foreign garbage）运入海内，对环境和"大众年夜众康健造成威胁（pose a threat to the environment and public health）。
2017年7月18日，中国正式关照天下贸易组织，从2017年年底开始将不再吸收外来垃圾，包括废弃塑胶（plastic waste）、纸类（paper waste）及纺织品（fabrics）等。

12月22日，反食品摧残浪费蹂躏法草案提请十三届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议审议，为管理“舌尖上的摧残浪费蹂躏”建章立制。

京雄城际铁路 Beijing-Xiong'an intercity railway

教诲惩戒 school discipline
教诲部制订的《中小学教诲惩戒规则（试行）》12月29日颁布，2021年3月1日起履行。

根据程度轻重，《规则》将教诲惩戒分为一样平常教诲惩戒、较重教诲惩戒和严重教诲惩戒三类。
一样平常教诲惩戒适用于违规违纪情节轻微的学生，包括点名批评（named and shamed）、做口头或者书面反省（make oral or written apology）、增加额外传授教化或者班级公益做事任务（do extra homework or classroom chores）、一节教室传授教化韶光内的教室内站立（stand in the classroom for one class period）、课后教导（receive after-school discipline）等；
较重教诲惩戒适用于违规违纪情节较重或者经当场教诲惩戒拒不改正的学生，包括德育事情卖力人训导（receive counseling）、承担校内公共做事（perform public service on campus）、接管专门的校规校纪和行为规则教诲（isolated for discipline）、被停息或者限定参加游览以及其他集体活动（extracurricular activities suspended）等；
严重教诲惩戒适用于违规违纪情节严重或者影响恶劣，且必须是小学高年级、初中和高中阶段的学生，包括停课停学（suspended from school）、法治副校长或者法治辅导员训诫（see a school counselor）、专门职员辅导矫治（go through correction session）等。
《规则》细化了禁止履行的七类不当教诲行为：
一是身体侵害，如击打、刺扎等（corporal punishment such as striking or poking students with sharp objects）；
二是超限度惩罚（hand out excessive punishment），超过正常限度的罚站、反复缮写，逼迫做不适的动作或者姿势（make them assume physically uncomfortable positions），以及刻意伶仃（intentional isolation）等间接侵害身体、生理的变相体罚；
三是言行侮辱贬损，辱骂或者以歧视性、侮辱性的言行陵犯学生人格肃静（verbally abuse students）；
四是因个人或者少数人违规违游记动而惩罚全体学生（punish all students for an individual offense）；
五是因学生个人的学习成绩而惩罚学生（punish students for poor academic performance）；
六是因个人感情、好恶履行或者选择性履行教诲惩戒（hand out punishments based on their personal preference）；
七是指派学生代替自己对其他学生履行教诲惩戒（ask students to punish their peers）。
