鼠年是用Mouse还是Rat？
Rat 和 Mouse比较，rat 要大一些，mouse 要小一些。
大概是出于历史上黑去世病（Black Death）的影响，rat 常日会和负面意义联系在一起，被看做是不洁的，会传播各种疾病。
Mouse则被看作好玩、可爱或随意马虎侍弄也是卡通形象中常常利用的
《猫和老鼠》里面的Jerry也是mouse
综上所述，Rat有一些贬义遐想，虽然很多人习气说the year of Rat ，但小pierre认为鼠年用the Year of the Mouse更佳“鼠年”。（实在都是精确的）
如果鼠年是你的本命年，你可以说：I was born in the year of the Rat/Mouse.
鼠年，位于十二生肖之首。那么其他生肖该当怎么说呢？

year of fate 或者 animal year 或者big year
以是“本命年”可以说：
