Sony Pictures has acquired the English-language remake rights to Chinese comedy drama, \公众Hi, Mom\"大众, which until recently overtaken by \"大众Barbie\公众 had been the world's highest grossing film directed by a solo female.
据悉，影片在早期开拓阶段中由劳拉·科桑（Laura Kosann）进行剧本改编，由《当幸福来拍门》的制片公司Escape Artists进行制作。托德·布莱克（Todd Black）、杰森·布卢门撒尔（Jason Blumenthal）、史蒂夫·蒂施（Steve Tisch）和贝基·桑德曼（Becky Sanderman），以及佘文馨（Wenxin She）（《邻里美好的一天》）作为制片人。

《你好，李焕英》这部原创电影由贾玲执导，于2021年初上映。故事讲述了一位年轻女子在母亲车祸重伤后，回到了1980年代，在那里与年轻的母亲成为好友，让母亲过上了比之前更好的生活。
The original picture, directed by Jia Ling and released in early 2021, sees a young woman whose mother has been fatally injured in a car accident, travel back to the early 1980s where she becomes best friend to the younger version of her mother. That enables her to work on giving her mother a better life than first time around.
电影名里的“李焕英”是贾玲已故母亲的真实姓名，电影故事由贾玲于2016年创作的同名笑剧小品发展而来。
The original story, known in Chinese as \"大众Hello, Li Huanying\公众, Jia’s late mother’s real name, was developed by Jia from a comedy sketch of the same name that she wrote in 2016.
《综艺》杂志的评论称该电影具有“奥妙的阐述迁移转变”，是“一个高水平的催泪弹，会让不雅观众们不禁伸手拿纸巾”。
Variety's review of the picture said it had an \"大众inspired storytelling switch\"大众 and was \公众a top-notch tearjerker that will have viewers everywhere reaching for the tissues\"大众.
贾玲在拍摄时力求以真情实感去打动不雅观众，也因此收成了精良的票房成绩。据猫眼电影专业版，目前，《你好，李焕英》位于中国电影票房总榜第三位，收成票房54.13亿。
