1. pitch in
pitch in意思是“投入；参与；（尤指）增援”。
同心协力可以说pitch in together，
一起做某事可以说pitch in to do sth：
而be pitched into sth则表示“溘然有（某种不好的觉得）”：

2. coin a phrase
coin做动词可以形容创造，杜撰（新词或新的表达）；首次利用（某一词语）。

3. baby step
看字面意思，baby steps便是“婴儿的脚步”，那“take baby steps就理解为“像婴儿学走路，学新东西的时候开始时很困难，但只要坚持不懈，终能到达目标”，这也是（向成功迈进的）一小步。
