I get up at six every morning. After brushing my teeth, I cook my own breakfast, sometimes beef noodles, sometimes slices of bread and a glass of milk. It helps me start my day well.
At noon, I will have lunch at school. Usually I eat a bowl of rice, lots of vegetables, fish or meat, because lunch can give me enough energy for the whole afternoon.
After school, I will come to the basketball team to practice playing basketball. It will relax me a lot.
Exercise every day and a healthy diet help me keep fit. What's your life like?
