prefer的用法
1. prefer＋名词或动名词
He comes from Shanghai, so he prefers rice.他是上海人，因此更喜好吃米饭。I prefer going by bike.我甘心骑单车去。
2. prefer to do 乐意做……
I prefer to go at once.我乐意立时就走。
3. prefer sb. to do 乐意某人做……
I prefer you to go at once.我倒希望你立时就走。
4. prefer doing to doing 甘心做……而不是……
I prefer swimming to skating. (I like swimming better than skating.)我喜好拍浮赛过滑冰。prefer 因其本身含有比较之意，而不可再与more 或most连用。
5. prefer to do sth. rather than do sth.甘心做……而不做……
I prefer to watch TV rather than go out.我甘心呆在家里也不出去。
6.prefer＋ that从句“甘心”（从句一样平常用虚拟语气）
I prefer that you should do it.我甘心你做这件事。
把稳: prefer在日常对话入耳起来很正式，像like…better和would rather这样的口头表达更为常用。
例如，我们一样平常用I like football better than tennis.代替 I prefer football to tennis.我更喜好足球，而不太喜好网球。用 I'd rather have an apple.代替 I'd prefer an apple.我甘心吃苹果。
